Job Summary
To support the Court Services Department, the full-time California Licensed Docketing Manager will manage calendar accuracy, oversee e-filing support for U.S. litigators, and ensure compliance with court procedures, with work hours from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific Time and the option for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Verify the calculation of procedural deadlines and ensure accuracy in the U.S. calendaring system
- Act as a resource for attorneys and case teams regarding court calendaring and civil procedures
- Conduct legal research on court rules and assist with process improvements in calendaring and docketing procedures
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in litigation calendaring and court procedures
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Strong knowledge of California civil court procedures and e-filing requirements
- Experience with e-filing platforms such as CM/ECF and TrueFiling
- Proficiency with Aderant-Compulaw, CourtAlert, or similar databases
