California Licensed Doula
Job Summary
Supporting pregnant patients and new moms, the part-time California Licensed Doula will provide virtual health coaching and education while collaborating with the Care Delivery manager to enhance patient engagement and adherence to care protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Execute patient engagement and coaching protocols weekly in collaboration with the Care Delivery manager
- Ensure active participation and engagement of both pregnant patients and new mothers
- Monitor and support patients' adherence to recommended care protocols as defined by healthcare providers
Required qualifications
- DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified; Medicaid (Medi-Cal) approval is a plus
- Experience with web and mobile technologies
- Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Telehealth experience is a plus
- Ideally based in San Joaquin County
