Job Summary

A company is looking for a Drug & Alcohol Counselor to support individuals in overcoming substance addictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly counseling to members through various communication methods to monitor their recovery progress
• Onboard users with initial assessments to gather relevant behavioral health history
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and provide feedback for product development

Required Qualifications

• Active California credential in good standing (CADC or LAADC)
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of clinical experience delivering CBT/behavioral support for substance use disorders
• Proficiency with MI/MET, MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention
• Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary healthcare teams
