Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Discovery Attorney to serve as a subject-matter expert on electronically stored information and e-discovery strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise case teams on e-discovery protocols, ESI obligations, and defensibility considerations
  • Design and implement advanced review workflows and lead Technology-Assisted Review (TAR/CAL) initiatives
  • Oversee project management and coordination with external legal service providers and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required
  • 5+ years of experience in e-discovery strategy and litigation technology
  • Hands-on expertise with modern e-discovery platforms, particularly Everlaw or comparable tools
  • Strong understanding of TAR/CAL and defensible discovery workflows
  • Experience managing vendors and multi-matter discovery portfolios
