Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Management Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic management consultation and organizational support to various client functions, addressing behavioral and performance concerns
• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and manage cases for referred employees, ensuring appropriate treatment and resources are engaged
• Facilitate compliance with safety initiatives and provide telephonic psychoeducation to management-referred employees

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of post-master's direct clinical experience in EAP or managed care settings
• 3+ years of experience addressing mental health and workplace issues
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral risk factors and workplace performance assessment
