Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Management Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic management consultation and organizational support to clients regarding behavioral and performance issues
• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and manage cases for referred employees, ensuring appropriate treatment and resources are engaged
• Facilitate workplace safety initiatives and coordinate care with emergency services and other health organizations

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of post-master's direct clinical experience in EAP or similar settings
• 3+ years of experience in mental health, chemical dependency, and workplace issues
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral risk factors and ability to assess workplace behavioral issues
