California Licensed EAP Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Management Consultant (Remote) - Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic management consultation and organizational support to clients on behavioral health and workplace issues
• Conduct clinical assessments and manage cases for employees referred for behavioral concerns
• Facilitate compliance with regulatory initiatives and coordinate care with emergency services and other health organizations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of post-master's direct clinical experience in EAP or managed care settings
• 3+ years of experience in mental health and workplace issues
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral risk factors and the ability to assess workplace performance issues
