Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Workplace Consultant & EAP Counselor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct solution-focused consultations and assist clients in defining goals and planning actions
• Provide assessments and referrals to appropriate programs and services, including behavioral health and wellness resources
• Deliver training services for managers and employees on various workplace issues and wellness topics

Required Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in a recognized behavioral health discipline
• Current, unrestricted state of California license at the independent practice level
• 3+ years of experience conducting individual sessions as a fully licensed behavioral health clinician
• Proficiency in computer hardware and software, including all MS Office applications
• Experience managing stressful situations and multiple competing priorities
