California Licensed EAP Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a License EAP Counselor to provide behavioral health and employee assistance services remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and triage for behavioral health services
• Provide telephonic, online, and video consultations to individuals
• Coordinate responses to high-risk situations and guide individuals to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in a recognized behavioral health discipline
• Current, unrestricted state of California license at the independent practice level
• 2+ years of post-Masters experience in counseling, psychology, or social work
• Familiarity with EAP services, including intake processes and crisis intervention
• Must reside in California with a designated quiet workspace and secure high-speed internet access
