Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed EAP Counselor (Remote) in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and onsite counseling for behavioral health and employee assistance services
• Conduct assessments, triage, and develop individualized action plans for clients
• Coordinate responses to high-risk situations and guide individuals to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• Masters/Doctoral degree in a recognized behavioral health discipline
• Current, unrestricted California license at the independent practice level
• 2+ years of post-Masters experience in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Familiarity with EAP services, including intake processes and crisis intervention protocols
• Designated quiet workspace and access to secure high-speed internet at home
