Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Specialist to provide telephonic assessment and consultation for behavioral health benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral Health
• Conduct assessments, triage, and provide short-term problem resolution
• Determine member eligibility and update clinical notes in the care management database

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• 3+ years of clinical experience in mental health/behavioral health, post-master's degree
• 2+ years of experience using Windows PC applications
• Dedicated workspace and access to high-speed internet
• Residency in California
