Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time California Licensed EB Producer will create and execute a business development plan, manage a book of business to ensure client retention, and collaborate with the customer service team to assist nonprofit clients in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a business development plan to drive new business and meet production goals
• Manage a book of business to maintain high client retention rates
• Build relationships with carriers to stay informed on new products and underwriting requirements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of employee benefits sales experience with a proven growth track record
• California Life, Accident and Health Producer License
• Nonprofit experience preferred; familiarity with Applied Epic is a plus
