California Licensed EDI Product Owner

Job Summary

Responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of healthcare EDI solutions, the full-time California Licensed EDI Product Owner will manage product backlogs, define business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance EDI capabilities in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and priorities for healthcare EDI products and services
• Partner with business operations and IT teams to gather requirements and define solutions
• Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while leading Agile project activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of healthcare EDI, claims processing, enrollment, or healthcare systems experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA X12 transactions and healthcare data exchange standards
• Experience managing Agile projects and product backlogs
