Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Education Services Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the design and implementation of next-generation certification and credentialing programs, leveraging modern testing technologies to enhance industry-standard certifications and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for a tiered certification structure aligned with Go-to-Market objectives
• Lead the design and validation of high-fidelity exams, ensuring alignment with real-world customer personas and psychometric integrity
• Optimize certification platforms and manage the automation of digital badging and operational KPIs for program success

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credentialing, certification, or psychometric exam development within a high-growth Enterprise SaaS environment
• Experience with modern testing tools like Certiverse and Accredible
• Deep understanding of testing standards and psychometric principles
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into business workflows for exam development and reporting
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Educational Measurement
