Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior EHR Specialist to implement EHR modules in accordance with federal and state guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement assigned EHR modules and provide training on them
• Conduct audits and report results to relevant teams
• Assist in organizing and planning EHR-related projects

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college graduate preferred
• Nursing education highly preferred; some college encouraged
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy preferred
• Proficient in typing (minimum 45 words per minute) and computer functions
• On-the-job training provided in medical record and health information system procedures
