Job Summary
A company is looking for an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs and policies
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and mitigate EHS risks and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct hands-on work, program management, training, and incident response
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's in a relevant field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in biotechnology, medical device, or manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience with EHS program development and implementation required
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local EHS regulations highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and EHS audits
