Job Summary

A company is looking for a California EMDR Remote Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions to adult healthcare workers
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Incorporate measurement-based tools to monitor progress and improve outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Independent licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
• EMDR training or certification is required
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
• Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals or first responders
• Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
