Job Summary

Providing comprehensive mental health support, the remote California Licensed Emotional Wellness Coach will conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and mental well-being and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Current, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services, preferably in telehealth
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
