Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefit Consultant (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in proactive prospecting to identify potential employee benefits clients and generate leads
  • Prepare tailored quotes and proposals, effectively communicating the value of employee benefits offerings
  • Collaborate with account executives to review clients' insurance coverages and support the onboarding process for new clients


Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a client service or sales position
  • Associate degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • CA Life & Health License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends
