Job Summary
To support a growing agency, the full-time California Licensed Employee Benefits Advisor will develop and execute a Personal Excellence Plan, manage client relationships, and provide employee benefits risk management guidance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through a value-driven strategy
- Proactively manage renewals and assist with marketing and placement strategies for client accounts
- Continuously develop technical industry knowledge and participate in professional development activities
Required Qualifications
- Current California Life & Health License
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and business development objectives
- 4+ years of experience as an Employee Benefits Risk Advisor (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Established network and transferable book of business (preferred)
