Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of clients
- Review client needs, recommend suitable approaches, and assist in implementing benefit program strategies
- Conduct open enrollment and client meetings virtually or in person
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, proposal development, or account management in an employee benefit setting
- Intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office tools
- Current CA Life and Health Insurance license, or ability to obtain immediately
- Experience with agency management systems preferred
