Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of clients
  • Review client needs, recommend suitable approaches, and assist in implementing benefit program strategies
  • Conduct open enrollment and client meetings virtually or in person
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, proposal development, or account management in an employee benefit setting
  • Intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office tools
  • Current CA Life and Health Insurance license, or ability to obtain immediately
  • Experience with agency management systems preferred
