Job Summary
Assisting the account management team with the service and retention of small employee benefits clients, the part-time California Licensed Employee Benefits Representative will prepare materials for client meetings, manage client documentation, and provide administrative support while working remotely from California.
Key responsibilities
- Assist account managers with preparation of client meeting materials, including benefit summaries and enrollment procedures
- Track and verify client plan documents, ensuring accuracy and timely responses to outstanding issues
- Maintain client information and documents in the agency management system and respond to requests from internal partners and clients
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Employee Benefits
- Must hold a life and disability insurance license
- Preferred college degree
- Familiarity with BenefitPoint and ImageRight preferred
- Experience in customer service preferred
