Job Summary

Assisting the account management team with the service and retention of small employee benefits clients, the part-time California Licensed Employee Benefits Representative will prepare materials for client meetings, manage client documentation, and provide administrative support while working remotely from California.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist account managers with preparation of client meeting materials, including benefit summaries and enrollment procedures
  • Track and verify client plan documents, ensuring accuracy and timely responses to outstanding issues
  • Maintain client information and documents in the agency management system and respond to requests from internal partners and clients
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Employee Benefits
  • Must hold a life and disability insurance license
  • Preferred college degree
  • Familiarity with BenefitPoint and ImageRight preferred
  • Experience in customer service preferred
