Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of employee relations strategies and programs
  • Oversee investigations and resolution of complex employee issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Develop and track employee relations metrics to proactively address potential issues and optimize the employee experience
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA and JD degree with 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 8 years managing a global employee relations team
  • Minimum 12 years of hands-on investigations experience, including employee interviews and data analysis
  • Experience with US employment laws and international labor practices
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing teams
  • Proven ability to design and administer employee relations processes in a dynamic environment
