Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Team Member Relations Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex investigations and manage cases related to employee relations issues
- Provide consultation to leaders on performance and conduct concerns, producing necessary documentation
- Develop relationships with team members and leaders to influence positive change in employee relations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years' experience in a dedicated HR or employee relations role
- Minimum of three years' experience conducting employee relations investigations
- Minimum of three years' experience providing performance coaching consultation to leaders
- Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws, particularly in specific states
