Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Team Member Relations Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex investigations and manage cases related to employee relations issues
• Provide consultation to leaders on performance and conduct concerns, producing necessary documentation
• Develop relationships with team members and leaders to influence positive change in employee relations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years' experience in a dedicated HR or employee relations role
• Minimum of three years' experience conducting employee relations investigations
• Minimum of three years' experience providing performance coaching consultation to leaders
• Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws, particularly in specific states
