Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex investigations and manage cases related to employee allegations
- Provide performance coaching consultation and develop leadership strategies
- Maintain documentation and communicate regularly on investigation statuses
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in HR or Employee Relations
- At least three years of experience conducting employee relations investigations
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a remote role preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, especially in CA, CO, WA, OR, NV, TX, FL, NY
