Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Partner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex investigations and manage cases related to employee allegations
• Provide performance coaching consultation and develop leadership strategies
• Maintain documentation and communicate regularly on investigation statuses

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in HR or Employee Relations
• At least three years of experience conducting employee relations investigations
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a remote role preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, especially in CA, CO, WA, OR, NV, TX, FL, NY
