Job Summary

Experienced Employment Associates will find a full-time opportunity in Los Angeles, CA, focusing on plaintiff-side employment litigation, including wrongful termination and discrimination cases, while engaging in legal research and court representation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and litigation documents
• Prepare, file, and oppose motions in employment litigation matters
• Conduct and defend depositions, including witness preparation and court appearances

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Employment Litigation and/or Commercial Litigation
• Strong knowledge of California and Federal Employment Law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the State Bar of California
