A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney for a remote and contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle labor and employment litigation matters, including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team while also being capable of independent work
• Manage contract engagements with flexibility in schedule and location

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of labor & employment litigation experience (defense or plaintiff side)
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Experience with PAGA and/or wage and hour claims is a plus
