Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 4-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
