Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Employment Attorney, the fully remote position will manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting legal documents, arguing motions, and negotiating settlements, all while utilizing integrated technology tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own cases from start to finish, ensuring a five-star client experience
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems
• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial with autonomy

Required qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 5+ years of experience in employment litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Creative and strategic thinker comfortable in a remote, tech-savvy environment
• Able to manage a large caseload while remaining organized and proactive
