Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Employment Attorney with 5+ years of experience, the full-time position will counsel clients on workforce strategy, provide senior-level advice on employment matters, and support corporate transactions while ensuring legal compliance and minimizing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic workforce growth, employment policies, and compliance issues
• Provide practical guidance to C-suite executives and HR leaders on high-stakes employment matters
• Support corporate transactions by advising on employment-related risks and drafting relevant agreements

Required qualifications

• Must be a member of the California State Bar or New York State Bar
• Currently an associate in a Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment group
• Possess excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate maturity and professionalism in high-stakes situations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
