California Licensed Employment Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time California Licensed Employment Attorney will manage employment litigation matters, including PAGA/class action defense, while working remotely from San Juan Capistrano, CA.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation from inception through settlement, trial, arbitration, and appeal
• Defend employers against PAGA, class actions, and various employment-related claims
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients to mitigate employment-related risks

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of dedicated Labor & Employment law experience
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Experience representing employers in California and federal employment matters
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment
