Job Summary

Offering a flexible contract opportunity, a California Licensed Employment Attorney will assist with labor and employment litigation matters on a part-time or full-time remote basis, handling tasks such as drafting pleadings and managing written discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, written discovery, motions, and prepare for hearings
• Manage labor and employment litigation matters as needed
• Maintain organization and responsiveness in a flexible, engagement-based work environment

Required Qualifications

• California licensed attorney in good standing
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Experience with labor and employment litigation preferred but not required
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
• Availability for approximately 20-40 hours per week based on candidate preference
