Job Summary

The California Licensed Employment Litigation Attorney will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on labor and employment litigation matters, including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings, with the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage labor and employment litigation cases, including discovery and motion practice
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court hearings
• Collaborate with a dynamic team while working independently as needed

Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Experience with PAGA and/or wage and hour claims is a plus
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
