Job Summary
The California Licensed Employment Litigation Attorney will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on labor and employment litigation matters, including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings, with the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage labor and employment litigation cases, including discovery and motion practice
- Conduct depositions and represent clients in court hearings
- Collaborate with a dynamic team while working independently as needed
Required qualifications:
- At least 4 years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Experience with PAGA and/or wage and hour claims is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
