Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end
- Represent clients in employment and labor claims, including wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, and wrongful termination matters
- Draft legal documents and handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations
Required Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 7+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment litigation
- Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA matters preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws
