Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Employment Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance on employment matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and counsel on global labor and employment issues, including recruitment, hiring, and terminations
• Advise on employment disputes and manage outside counsel for litigation matters
• Draft, negotiate, and review employment-related documents and develop compliance policies

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; Bachelor's degree required
• Active membership in any U.S. State Bar
• Minimum 10+ years of US and international employment law experience
• Prior experience in both law firm and corporate settings preferred
• Strong understanding of US and international labor and employment statutes
