Job Summary

A company is looking for a ClientTeam Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop defense strategies and conduct legal research
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare dispositive motions
• Take or defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations

Required Qualifications

• Active law license in California and good standing in the state of residence
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant employment litigation experience
• High level of self-motivation and accountability for work product
• Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with attorneys and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
