Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Assistant General Counsel, Employment, Ethics & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on global employment-related issues and policies
• Lead strategy and resolution of employment-related disputes and investigations
• Draft and enhance global ethics, compliance, and employment policies

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in labor, employment, ethics, and compliance
• Member in good standing of the California Bar or another bar association
• Deep expertise in U.S. federal and state employment laws
• Experience leading ethics and compliance programs
• Experience managing global outside counsel for multi-jurisdictional matters
