Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Employment Defense Attorney, the full-time position offers a hybrid work environment and focuses on developing case strategies, managing court appearances, and mentoring junior attorneys within a dynamic litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff, maintaining professional communication with clients and building relationships
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of California
• 3-7 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• 2+ years of employment defense experience strongly preferred
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
