Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of California
- 3-7 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- 2+ years employment defense experience strongly preferred
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
