A company is looking for a Law Firm Partner specializing in Employment Law with PAGA experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PAGA claims and oversee legal filings, settlement negotiations, and trials
• Provide counsel on compliance with California labor laws and assist clients in policy development
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys while fostering client relationships and business development

Required Qualifications

• California licensure and membership in the State Bar of California in good standing
• Defense side experience with knowledge of class action and PAGA claims
• Trial experience preferred
• Ability to manage 1730 billable hours
• Experience in developing presentations and training on PAGA compliance
