Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance with employment laws and advise on sensitive employment matters
• Conduct legal research and provide training on employment law to HR and leadership
• Oversee investigations related to employment regulations and implement policy improvements

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Member of the California bar
• 3-5+ years of experience practicing employment law, including wage and hour
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
