California Licensed Employment Litigation Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Litigation Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple attorneys in employment litigation cases
• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour matters, class actions, and PAGA
• Represent clients in investigations and appearances before various labor and employment agencies and courts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of defense litigation experience in Labor & Employment
• Experience in supervision and management of attorneys
• JD degree and admission to practice in California
• Experience with investigations before labor and employment agencies
• Experience appearing in Federal and State courts related to employment litigation
