Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance on wage and hour compliance, including FLSA and state law equivalents
• Handle investigations and audits by the Department of Labor and state labor agencies
• Advise on employee discipline and discharge related to wage and hour issues

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house experience
• 3+ years of law firm training
• Deep expertise in wage and hour compliance and related laws
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
