California Licensed Energy Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Energy Engineering Analyst to support the Energy Team with technical expertise and system design for energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and analytical support for commercial solar and battery storage projects
- Conduct system modeling and design using industry-standard tools and develop preliminary layouts
- Assist with project lifecycle tasks including estimates, site reviews, and construction planning
Required Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience in commercial solar, battery storage, or distributed energy engineering
- Proficiency in design and modeling tools such as Helioscope, Energy Toolbase, PVsyst, and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of NEC, utility interconnection, and AHJ requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Experience with estimating, pricing, and financial modeling
