Key Responsibilities

• Support project acquisitions and related transaction workstreams
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams on permitting, land use, and regulatory matters
• Drive legal workstreams independently across the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• California licensed attorney with experience in energy or infrastructure law
• Strong project finance background, particularly in utility-scale projects
• Familiarity with California energy market frameworks and CAISO-related transactions
• Ability to operate as a generalist across various project phases
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
