Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead and deliver automation solutions for data center clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic contact for clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and managing expectations
• Lead assessments of data center operations to develop automation strategies and project roadmaps
• Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate the value and ROI of automation projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Valid Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with experience in process improvement projects
• 8+ years of experience in data center environments, with 5 years focused on automation strategies
• Demonstrated success in client engagement or project management roles
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
