California Licensed Engineering Director

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the vision for the engagement ecosystem, including storefronts and subscription services
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
• Drive the successful delivery of cross-platform projects through effective planning and collaboration

Qualifications

• BS or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in commerce, fintech, or digital platforms, with at least 7 years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven expertise in commerce platforms and digital storefronts
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Experience optimizing acquisition technology stacks and familiarity with compliance standards
