California Licensed Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to provide project engineering support and direction to manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and manage capital projects including equipment and facility upgrades
• Prepare RFQs, engineering bid specifications, and project success criteria
• Coordinate facility construction and installation of equipment with contractors and personnel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, PE preferred
• Minimum of 10 years experience in food manufacturing operations with project management experience
• Experience in CAD, mechanical/civil, and electrical engineering
• Previous experience in the oils, spreads, and dressing industry is a plus
• Firm knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and government regulations applicable to food manufacturing
