Job Summary

To support a stable learning environment, a part-time California Licensed English Teacher will teach English online to students in China, focusing on building long-term relationships through fixed student-teacher pairings and a consistent schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons to students based on their individual learning styles and needs
• Maintain a fixed schedule for a minimum of 6 months to ensure consistent student-teacher pairing
• Collaborate with dedicated associates for feedback and support throughout the teaching process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• TEFL/TESOL/CETL certification or equivalent
• Experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) preferred
• Native or near-native English pronunciation
• High-speed internet connection and access to an HD camera and microphone
