Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time California Licensed Environmental Attorney will manage complex environmental litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy, with the option for hybrid or remote work for eligible candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze legal claims related to environmental issues
• Handle all phases of discovery and draft necessary legal documents
• Appear and argue in state and federal court, preparing for and participating in trials

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of litigation or judicial clerkship experience
• Strong analytical and legal writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex litigation environment
